We provide a true home-like setting designed for dogs, with the added bonus of 24-hour supervision.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – BEFORE BOARDING AND DAYCARE
Your dog must pass a 4 hour evaluation before boarding and daycare. (Some dogs might require more than one evaluation.) This is a trial to see if your dog is comfortable in the cage-free environment.
To ensure your dog has plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation, we use resting crates throughout the day. This allows dogs to recharge and absorb what they’ve learned during their playtime. Complete cage free with All-day play without breaks is not healthy; therefore, we’ve implemented a schedule that includes several nap times to keep your dog happy, healthy, and engaged.
Our play areas are clean, safe, and professionally supervised, guaranteeing exceptional care for every dog. Our knowledgeable team continually enhances their skills through ongoing education, seminars, and staff training programs and Animal First Aid certification.
Our primary goal is to provide you with peace of mind while giving your dog a fun and safe environment to play and make new friends. House of Hounds is truly your dog’s home away from home!

DAYCARE SCHEDULE
We understand that dogs are sometime hard to win over, so our schedule is designed to put them at ease. Offering a stress free but socially enriching day built on routines builds trust with our fellow canine customers. Our dogs quickly realize they can depend on us for everything that they need, allowing our experienced team to become an extension of your pup’s family.

ALL DOGS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING VACCINATIONS IN PLACE AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THEIR VISIT WITH US
- Bordetella – We require 6 month Bordetella updates for all grooming, daycare, and boarding dogs. Some vets do not routinely administer this vaccine, while others only give it on a yearly basis, so be sure to speak with your vet’s office to make sure your dog is vaccinated. Please keep in mind, the bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine is not 100% effective. The kennel cough vaccine is comparative to the flu vaccine for humans with about 60% effectiveness.
- DHPP – within the last year or three years depending on your dogs age.
- Rabies – Within the last year or three years depending on your dogs age.
- Heartworm & Flea preventative– You can bring an invoice from either your veterinarian office or receipts from where it was purchased.
- Exceptions for the vaccination requirements can be made. For example, if your baby has an underlying illness which could be aggravated by vaccines, we would just need to speak with your vet. Please contact us regarding any concerns you may have about our vaccine policy.
