I love House Of Hounds. I had a VERY timid dog who had been abused and come from a rescue, who I took there monthly to me groomed. I had taken her 2 other places before, and she would panic when I tried to take her back. I explained the situation to Brannon the first time I took her there, & he understood. When I came to get her, she was sitting with him behind the desk, waiting. He understood her anxiety, and didn’t leave her. From then on, she was never difficult to get in the door there (she was a large lab shepherd mix). She never liked being left, but never minded being there. Never showed fear of what was going to happen to her. I never would consider taking my dogs anywhere else. They really care about the dogs and cats. Love them.
