I was waiting to write this review until we had our dog groomed at House of Hounds, but our dog has been going about once weekly since we got her. We have been extremely pleased at the level of service and professionalism by the staff, and by the way our dog is cared for there. It’s so fun to see pictures of the dogs playing on facebook, and you can tell they are all having a blast. Marcella is a 7 month old puppy right now and it seems like nothing tires her out, but when wepick her up from HOH, it’s naptime in the car ride home. We believe that HOH played an important role in Marcella’s behavioral development and she is comfortable around all dogs and people even at 7 months. We just got her groomed there last week, and she looks terrific! The groomer noted that she didn’t like the clippers on her face, so rather then hold her or force her, the groomer took extra time to use scissors instead and make sure Marcie was comfortable. This kind of service means the world to us, and that’s why our dog will always go to House of Hounds!
