PROBLEM "This Site Requires an Active X component from Panasonic" message.
SOLUTION Please install this plugin from Microsoft because this component is necessary to view the camera.
PROBLEM "Connection timed out" or "Page not found" error message in viewer window.
SOLUTION 1 Please make sure your Active X plugin is current (see above) and you have installed the plugin from Panasonic.
SOLUTION 2 You may be behind a firewall which prevents incoming connections. This is probably true if you are at work and your company has an IT guy and/or large intranet. In this case there isn't anything we can do since the security measures are on your end. Please try to view the cameras from a different computer.
PROBLEM "Privacy Mode Enabled" error message in the viewer window.
SOLUTION The camera defaults to privacy mode if there is a power fluctuation. Call us and we'll reset the camera.
PROBLEM The viewer window is dark and pixelated.
SOLUTION The camera is working normally. We turn the lights off when we close and it's dark outside. Please try the camera again in the morning.
PROBLEM "Your browser does not support iframes" error message in the viewer window.
SOLUTION Most modern browsers support iframes. Please update your browser.
